Patient Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Consula, we understand that plans can change, and we want to make your healthcare experience as flexible and stress-free as possible. Here’s how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work on our platform:

 

Need to Reschedule? No Problem!

You can reschedule your consultation up to 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time — no extra charges or complications.

Just log in to your dashboard (My bookings section), choose the new available time slot, and confirm. You’ll get an updated confirmation instantly.

 

Want to Cancel? Here’s How It Works:

  • Cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled consultation time.

  • If you cancel within this window, you are eligible for a refund.

  • If the cancellation is made less than 2 hours before, unfortunately, no refund can be issued as the time is already reserved for the doctor.

Doctor-Initiated Cancellations

  • If your consultation is cancelled by the doctor due to emergencies, schedule conflicts, or any other unavoidable reasons,
    → you will receive a 100% refund, no questions asked.

 

How Do Refunds Work?

If you cancel within the allowed time:

  • Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s processed.

रद्द करायचे आहे का? ते कसे कार्य करते ते येथे आहे:

  • नियोजित सल्लामसलत वेळेच्या २ तास आधी रद्दीकरणांना परवानगी आहे.

  • तुम्ही या विंडोमध्ये रद्द केल्यास, तुम्ही परतफेडसाठी पात्र आहात.

  • जर रद्दीकरण २ तासांपेक्षा कमी आधी केले असेल, तर दुर्दैवाने, डॉक्टरांसाठी वेळ आधीच राखीव असल्याने कोणताही परतावा दिला जाऊ शकत नाही.

डॉक्टरांनी केलेले रद्दीकरण

  • जर आपत्कालीन परिस्थिती, वेळापत्रकातील संघर्ष किंवा इतर कोणत्याही अपरिहार्य कारणांमुळे डॉक्टरांनी तुमचा सल्ला रद्द केला तर, → तुम्हाला कोणतेही प्रश्न विचारले न जाता १००% परतावा मिळेल.

 

परतफेड ( रिफंड ) कशे कार्य करते?

  • तुम्ही परवानगी दिलेल्या वेळेत रद्द केल्यास: तुमचा परतावा ३-५ व्यावसायिक दिवसांच्या आत प्रक्रिया केली जाईल.

  • रिफंड रक्कम मूळ पेमेंट पद्धतीमध्ये परत जमा केली जाईल.

  • प्रक्रिया पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर तुम्हाला ईमेल पुष्टीकरण मिळेल.
