He has previously worked at Prestigious "Muljibhai Patel Urological Hospital" at Nadiad, Gujarat which is India's most advanced centre for treatment & Research of Urological diseases.

• Taking inspiration from his guide Dr Mahesh Desai, father-figure of urology in India, he decided come back to grassroots - Marathwada to provide world-class Urology care. He envisioned a centre of excellence for Urology in Marathwada just like MPUH, Nadiad.

  
  

• He has experience of performing more than 3000 urological surgeries at Aurangabad with excellent outcomes. He is trained in Laser Stone Surgeries & performed more than 1400 of such cases.

  
  

• He is one of the first Urologists to start completely endoscopic kidney stone surgery in Marathwada called RIRS (Retrograde IntraRenal Stone Surgery).

  
  

• He has established kidney transplant program at Dr Hedgewar hospital & with his team successfully performed 15 kidney transplants over last two years.
